The All-Access Fitness Academy offers teams and individual athletes of all ages access to comprehensive sports strength and conditioning services.

Our training programs are written and supervised by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, and are designed to maximize all athletes’ potential while reducing their risk for injury.

Our Sports Strength and Conditioning programs take place in a 5000 square foot section of our facility that is set up to help local athletes and active people of all ages maximize their conditioning for whatever sport or activity they participate in.

A Variety of Training Programs to Fit Your Needs Including Our Renowned Summer Camp Programs for Students!

All-Access Fitness Academy Sports Conditioning Services include specific training programs for the variety of different sports throughout the year.  Training Programs are offered for a variety of sports throughout the year including baseball/softball, basketball, hockey, football, gymnastics, and lacrosse to name a few.

We offer two options for coaches and parents who want to get their athletes started in our programs to choose from.

Individual Option:
If you are an athlete who is looking to get quicker, faster, stronger, you have found the right place.  We have individual plans for a youth and adolescent athletes.  First, we will take the athlete through an assessment with one of our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists.

Then based on the assessment findings, we create a customized strength and conditioning program that is best suited for each individual athlete.  The athlete is then  taken through one or more personal training sessions to learn their program and to assist them in achieving their sports conditioning goals.

Team Option:
If you are a coach or a parent who is looking for a conditioning program for a team of athletes,  All Access Fitness Academy has the best Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and facility in the area for team training.

We are willing to work with local coaches, athletic directors, and sports organizations to customize programs and schedules for groups of athletes to participate in our conditioning services at one time.
