ScottScott Lubarsky, MS, C.S.C.S, Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning

Scott holds a Bachelors Degree in Movement Science from Westfield State College with a concentration in Health Fitness, a program endorsed by the American College of Sports medicine (ACSM).

Scott also holds a Masters Degree in Sport Leadership from Northeastern University.  He also is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Scott has personal trained many populations, ranging from children to the elderly.

He works with children to improve their coordination, motor skills and development, confidence, sports performance, weight loss, and general health. Scott works with our members and youth athletes to increase their endurance, strength, and flexibility, as well as to improve their ability to participate in sports or life in general.

 

Josh_Picture Josh Lantis, C.S.C.S., Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach

Josh is our Senior Strength and Conditioning Coach where he designs and implements programs for members and local athletes.  Josh was a Division I Strength and Conditioning Coach at Montana State University.

Josh has worked with athletes involved in Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Track & Field, Skiing, Tennis, Golf, Rodeo, Cheer & Dance Teams, competitive weightlifters, power lifters, and Mixed Martial Arts competitors.

He also was a college football player at Rocky Mountain College. Josh graduated from Montana State in 2005 with his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Pre-Physical Therapy.  He graduated in May of 2009 with his Masters of Science in Exercise and sports Nutrition from MSU.  Josh is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is also Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC).

Roger Lawson II is a recent graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he received his bachelors degree in English Language and Literature. His passion for writing, teaching and helping others achieve their goals while improving their quality of life has led him to pursue a career in the fitness industry as a personal trainer.

Wanting to first ask of himself what he would ask of his clients, Roger transformed his body and mind over the course of six months, finishing as a runner-up in Precision Nutrition’s Lean Eating Program. Roger recently completed a three month internship at Cressey Performance in Hudson, MA under the guidance of Eric Cressey, Tony Gentilcore and Brian St.Pierre. While able to help his clients reach a wide variety of goals, his specialty is fat loss and body recomposition.

 

Jennifer Doba, BS, C.S.C.S., Staff Personal Trainer

Jennifer Doba received her Bachelor of Science in Movement Science from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan in 2000 before earning her CSCS certification in 2004.  Her career started with teaching strength classes for various athletes and teams in suburban Detroit.  Jen has developed strength and speed programs for youth soccer teams as well as high school football, swimming, cross country, track and field, soccer and basketball teams. She also designed and implemented strength and conditioning programs to meet the needs of female athletes at multiple high schools.  Jen coached championship cross country and track and field teams at multiple high schools in Macomb County in Michigan.

Jen was with the cross country and track and field coaching staff at Oakland University, a Division I institution in Rochester, Michigan, prior to joining All-Access.  While at Oakland, Jen served as the team’s strength coach and developed programs for distance, sprint, and field athletes.  Jen was also an assistant coach on Oakland’s Women’s Cross Country Summit League Conference Championship team in 2010.

Jen has personally trained individuals ranging from marathon runners to the senior population.  She conducted summer training programs for collegiate athletes and had the opportunity to train an All-American collegiate athlete.  Jen joined All-Access Fitness Academy in June of 2011 and is currently training our members, PT patients, and athletes.
