Regular group exercise classes are great - our members love our Boot Camp, Yoga, Zumba, and Pilates classes. But sometimes you need mix things up a bit and challenge your body in a new way to continue optimizing your fitness.
That is why our trainers offer Specialized Group Training programs that allow you to mix up your routine, be challenged in new ways, and be motivated with others to meet the challenge offered by each of these programs.
