Now You Can Access Two Great Facilities to Improve Your Sports Performance!

The All-Access Fitness Academy has teamed up with Hit Quarters in Shrewsbury to provide our Doctor of Fitness strength and conditioning services at both locations.

Hit Quarters is a multi-purpose sports training center located inside of the Shrewsbury Sports Center off of Walnut Street.  Hit Quarters is widely known for hosting coaching clinics and practices for a variety of sports on its 28,000 square foot indoor turf field.

The open field at Hit Quarters allows athletes in the Doctor of Fitness strength and conditioning programs to work on their speed, agility, quickness, balance, explosive power, footwork, and coordination for the sports they play.  It also allows us to track our athlete's gains in speed over a larger surface as they participate in our training programs.

The Hit Quarters - Doctor of Fitness joint strength and conditioning programs also give athletes access to our state-of-the-art strength training equipment here at the All-Access Fitness Academy.  Our 5 power cages, medicine balls, weight sleds, plyometric boxes and more, help athletes to improve their upper and lower body strength, core stability, endurance, and explosive power for all sports.

Finally, our trainers are all Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) meaning they are able to write and implement training programs that are safe and appropriate for athletes of all ages.  These programs also emphasize injury prevention, an extremely important consideration for Dr. Mancini based on his experience as a Sports Medicine Physician and CSCS.

Athletes can sign-up for our Hit Quarters - Doctor of Fitness strength and conditioning programs for 6 week blocks @ 1, 2, or 3 times per week depending on their own availability and budget.
