FootballIf you are looking to improve your sports performance no matter what sport you play, then our Elite Training Program is for you.  Our Elite program is for ages 10 and up and focuses on increasing strength, explosive power, speed, agility, balance, corridination and overall endurance for the sport(s) you play.

This program is ideal for athletes who are training on their own and are looking for a top notch strength and conditioning program to get them ready for their season.  It doesn't matter if you play baseball, hockey, tennis, golf, track and field, lacrosse, etc.  The Elite Training Program is set up to work for all athletes involved in all sports.

Class times for Elite Summer Strength and Conditioning Programs will vary based on request (see sign-up forms).

These programs run 8 weeks from June 28th to August 21st.
