That is why the All-Access Fitness Academy offers three types of classes that are changed, tweaked, and advanced every 6 weeks! This gives your body new challenges throughout the year instead of having to bounce around to several different classes to mix it up.

The Fat Burn Boot Camp is geared towards individuals looking to burn away those unsightly fatty parts, tone muscles, and increase their endurance.  This class does so with a mix of cardio work, explosive strength building exercises, and high energy circuit training.  Fat Burn Boot Camp gets you involved in the ultimate body transformation routine to build the body YOU desire.

Ab_crunchesMake the Middle of Your Body Look and Feel Its Best with Our Core Craze Class!

Core Craze is a high energy class recommended for those who want to transform their core into a bastion of strength and stability – important for everything that you do in life. Core Craze also helps you trim those love handles and shapes the abdominals, hips, and buttocks.  This class incorporates a variety of core strengthening exercises using physioballs, medicine balls, weights, and bands to get your core into the best shape ever!

Yoga_1_pictureGet Your Body and Mind in Shape With Our Two Types of Yoga Classes!

We also offer two types of Yoga: Gentle Hatha Yoga and Moderate Yoga. Gentle Hatha Yoga will focus on restorative, strengthening and relaxation postures. This class will cater to people with Chronic pain, injury, illness, or who need to “unwind”.  Moderate Yoga will be a moderate-vigorous intensity class that will emphasize breath connection, core strength, awareness and joy. It is a challenging practice that will be geared toward all levels.
