Get Your Athlete Ready to Play at Their Best this Season Within Two Weeks!!
Unfortunately, many local middle and high school athletes go into their sports season physically unprepared for the challenges their sports place on their bodies. Some end up a step behind in comparison to teammates who have had the benefit of being involved in training and conditioning programs throughout the summer. This may happen for several reasons including busy vacation and/or summer job schedules.
If your son or daughter is in this scenario they may feel the effects of lack of conditioning during the week of double sessions with their teams before school starts both physically (decreased endurance, increased risk for injury, poor footwork, decreased strength) and mentally (getting beaten on the field by teammates for a starting position)
Fortunately, you can help them avoid these scenarios by signing them up for our two-week end of summer training camps by Doctor of Fitness, hosted here at the All-Access Fitness Academy and at Hit Quarters in Shrewsbury. Our two week camps will allow athletes to improve their strength, endurance, speed, agility, footwork, and coordination, giving them an equal shot at starting positions on their teams while helping them to avoid injury.
