Golf, like any other sport, requires your body to be ready for the the demands of the game if you want to play it well. That is why the All-Access Fitness Academy has teamed up with Club Golf Pro, Matt Walsh and Dr. Andrew Wheelock (founder of MatchPlay Golf Performance) to help you get your body prepared for the golf season.
We will be hosting a 60 minute golf performance information session here on Tuesday, May 11th from 6:00 to 7:00pm. Here is what you will learn:
A complete understanding of how muscle and joint flexibility issues affect a golfer's swing.
- How to improve muscle flexibility using dynamic warm-up exercises and other exercise tools.
- How to generate more power while maintaining control and accuracy via core, hip, and upper back strengthening exercises.
- How exercise can help you maintain spine alignment and improve your swing plane consistency.
- Why improving balance will help you avoid errant shots.
All participants will also receive a FREE Golf Warm-up DVD - "8 Minutes to a Better Golf Swing". This free video ($20.00 value) will show you how to warm-up in 8 minutes, right before you play golf, so that you can hit the ball with improved power, accuracy, and control off the first tee!
Additionally, all participants will be given an opportunity to sign-up for our 6-Week Golf Performance Training Program running Mondays and Wednesday evenings starting May 17th (See Below for Details).

Get Your Body Ready to Hit the Golf Ball Straighter, with More Power, and More Consistency so You Will Play Better!
Our 6 week Golf Performance Training Program will help you improve your flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and endurance for the game of golf. It will also give you techniques and exercises to help you maintain your physical performance and keep your game consistent throughout the golf season.
Approved by Golf Pro Matt Walsh, and written by Dr. Lee Mancini, Dr. Mark Powicki, and Dr. Steve Messineo, this golf performance training program is guaranteed to get you the results you want on the golf course.
This program starts Monday, May 17th and will be held from 7:30 to 8:30pm on Mondays, and from 6:30 to 7:30 PM on Wednesdays, through June 23rd. Participants will receive the following:
Dynamic warm-up exercises to increase muscle and joint flexibility.
- Core stabilization and strengthening exercises to increase power and maintain spinal alignment during the golf swing.
- Endurance exercises to improve muscle function throughout the golf season.
- Balance exercises to improve weight shifting during the golf swing and for those awkward lies on the golf course.
- Lower extremity and low back strength training exercises to provide a stable base and increase power during the golf swing.
