Get Your Body and Mind in Shape With Our Two Types of Yoga Classes!

We also offer two types of Yoga: Gentle Hatha Yoga and Moderate Yoga.   Gentle Hatha Yoga will focus on restorative, strengthening and relaxation postures. This class will cater to people with Chronic pain, injury, illness, or who need to “unwind”.  Moderate Yoga will be a moderate-vigorous intensity class that will emphasize breath connection, core strength, awareness and joy. It is a challenging practice that will be geared toward all levels.

Pilates is an excellent class recommended for those who want to transform their core into a bastion of strength and stability - important for everything that you do in life.  Pilates also helps you trim those love handles and shapes the abdominals, hips, and buttocks.  This class incorporates a variety of core strengthening and flexibility exercises.
