The All-Access Fitness Academy is the cumulative vision of three healthcare providers (read about them below).  Our mission is to not only help you achieve your personal fitness and/or sports performance goals, but to also provide you with a complete understanding as to benefitwhy the exercise programs we provide for you will help you to do so. 

We want you to be continuously motivated to keeping your own health and fitness a priority in your life.  In order to do that, we recognize that we need to provide a level of service that is not available at other fitness centers or health clubs.

We believe there is a lack of education provided at most health clubs for their clients.  Because of this, most health club clients pay their dues, then proceed to perform the same old exercise routines in the hope of staying fit.  The problem with this is that once their bodies accommodate to the same old exercise routines, the benefits of increased endurance, increased strength, and body fat loss are reduced. 

This leads to frustrated clients who don't know why their exercise program no longer works for them.  Additionally, many of these people may be at risk for injury as they either do to much of the same exercise, or perform the exercises with improper technique.

As healthcare providers and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, we see the frustration first hand when these same clients share their fitness stories while in our clinics.  That is why we recommend our new members receive a FULL FITNESS ASSESSMENT when you come in for the first time. 

Based on that assessment, we write a customized 6-week exercise program that is guaranteed to help you meet your fitness goals.  Name another fitness facility that offers the same guarantee.
