We Learn About You First, Then Create a Plan!
Each and every one of our members receives a full 60 minute fitness assessment when they sign up from one of our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists. This assessment tells us about your fitness and lifestyle goals, you strengths, weaknesses, weight loss goals, and any other concerns or considerations related to your fitness.
With this information, we are able to write a 6-week customized exercise program that incorporates specific exercises to help you meet your fitness goals at your own pace. Additionally, we provide video instruction and exercise tracking logs so you will know how to do the exercises that are right for you and see your progress along the way.
With the support of our staff (and some personal training sessions if you desire) you will meet the fitness goals you have set for yourself. You will not get stuck in a rut doing a routine that is right for someone else. So, whether or not you workout with a friend, family member, or on your own, you can be sure your exercise program is tailored to your fitness wants and needs.
